Twister Sisters Barkery Return & Refund Policy

At Twister Sisters Barkery, we handcraft every treat with love and care, because we’re dog moms too! Each product is made in small batches using simple, wholesome ingredients. Since our treats are made for consumption, we can’t accept returns, but we always want you (and your pup) to be happy with your order.

🐾 Perishable & Frozen Treats

Our Pup Cups, Pupsicles, and other perishable goodies are final sale for food safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or something doesn’t seem right, please email us right away at twistersistersbarkery@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

🦴Dehydrated Dog Treats

Our dehydrated, prepackaged treats are sealed for freshness and shelf-stable for up to 6 months from the sealing date.
Because they’re sealed consumables, we can’t take returns, but if your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll gladly replace, refund, or credit your purchase depending on the situation.

📦 Shipping Orders

We carefully package every order to arrive safe and sound.
If something goes wrong in transit, reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help resolve it.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order, as we can’t refund items sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🚙 Local Delivery & Pick-Up

Once an order has been delivered or picked up, it’s considered final sale.
If anything seems off with your order, let us know right away, because your satisfaction (and your dog’s tail wags!) matter to us!

🐶 Events & Markets

All purchases made at in-person events, markets, or pop-ups are final sale, as products leave our care immediately.
Please check your order before leaving our booth, we’re always happy to fix a mix-up on the spot!
