How will I receive my gift certificate?

1. You can enter your email into the recipient email box at checkout and have the code sent to you. You can download the printable gift certificate template HERE .

2. Or you can enter the recipients email at checkout and they will automatically receive the code in their email. You also have the option to include a note during checkout.

Important: Is the printable gift certificate valid by itself?

The printable gift certificate is just a blank template for gifting. To redeem a gift certificate, the recipient must have a valid, purchased Gift Certificate Code (sent by email after checkout).

Where do I find the gift certificate code?

Your Gift Certificate Code is sent to the email address used at checkout after purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive the gift certificate code in the email you provided at check out, please email us at twistersistersbarkery@gmail.com

How does the recipient redeem the gift certificate?

At checkout, enter the Gift Certificate Code in the gift card / discount code box. The value will apply to the order total.

What can the gift certificate be used for?

Anything that makes tails wag! 🐾 Gift certificates can be used toward Twister Sisters Barkery treats and goodies in our online shop. Just enter the Gift Certificate Code at checkout to redeem.

Do gift certificates expire?

Nope! Our gift certificates do not expire unless otherwise stated.

Are gift certificates refundable?

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

What if I lose the code or delete the email?

No worries — message us with your order name/email and we’ll help you locate your gift certificate code.
