🐶 What makes Twister Sisters Barkery treats different?
All of our treats are dehydrated in Oklahoma using simple, wholesome ingredients you can actually pronounce. We never use preservatives, fillers, or artificial colors, just clean, pup-approved goodness inspired by our own dogs.
🌾 Are your treats grain-free or gluten-free?
Each product page lists ingredients so you can easily see what’s inside. If your pup has allergies, always double-check the ingredient list before ordering.
🍠 How should I store my treats?
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat or sunlight. Keep treats sealed in the original bag or transfer to an airtight container after opening. Refrigeration or freezing is not recommended, as added moisture can affect quality. For best freshness, use within 8 weeks after opening.
📦 Do you ship?
Yes! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and orders usually leave our Barkery within 2-4 business days.
📦How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders:
Oklahoma orders: $9.95 flat rate
All other U.S. states: $12.95 flat rate
All orders are shipped via USPS. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order goes out.
🐾 Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Absolutely! We offer local pickup in the Edmond/OKC area. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions. Pre-order and pick is available during special events . Check our website or Instagram for updates.
🏪 Can I find your treats in stores?
Not yet, but stay tuned! We’re currently working on partnering with local Oklahoma shops and markets, so your pup’s favorite snacks will be even easier to find. 👉 Check our Retail Page for updates as we add new locations and events!
🐕 Are your treats safe for all dog sizes and ages?
Yes, our treats are safe for most dogs! For puppies or smaller breeds, we suggest breaking larger treats into bite-size pieces. Always supervise your pup while snacking and provide plenty of fresh water.
Allergen Notice:
While our treats are made with simple, wholesome ingredients, they are produced in a home kitchen that handles common allergens such as peanut butter, eggs, and coconut. If your dog has food sensitivities or allergies, please review the ingredient list carefully before feeding.
🚫What’s the small packet inside the treat bags?
We include a small food-safe desiccant packet in each bag to help keep treats fresh and crisp. Please remove and discard it after opening. It’s not edible for humans or pets.

🏷️ Do you sell wholesale?

💌 What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack each order with care, but if something arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can make it right.
Because our treats are considered perishable, we can’t accept returns once a product has been opened.
